La 77ª ceremonia de los Premios Emmy será este domingo 14 de septiembre y hay mucha expectativas porque es el evento que reconoce a lo más destacado de la televisión estadounidense.
En la categoría de drama, Severance lidera con 27 nominaciones. Compite con Andor, The Diplomat, The Last of Us, Paradise, The Pitt, Slow Horses y The White Lotus.
En comedia, la más nominada es The Studio, que alcanzó 23 nominaciones, empatando el récord de The Bear en 2024. El show de Seth Rogen competirá contra Hacks, Abbott Elementary, The Bear, Nobody Wants This, Only Murders in the Building, Shrinking y What We Do in the Shadows.
Esta edición se llevará a cabo en el Peacock Theater de Los Ángeles. En Argentina será transmitida a través de TNT y la plataforma HBO Max. Nate Bargatze, el comediante estadounidense, se encargará de conducir los Premios Emmy 2025. Comienza a las 21 horas.
Antes, la cobertura de la llegada de famosos a la alfombra roja podrá seguirse por redes sociales desde las 18 horas. Como es habitual, el canal E! Latinoamerica transmitirá desde el evento.
La Academia de Televisión confirmó la presencia de figuras como Elizabeth Banks, Angela Bassett, Jason Bateman, Kathy Bates, Kristen Bell, Stephen Colbert, Alan Cumming, Tina Fey, Jude Law, James Marsden, Jenna Ortega y Catherine Zeta-Jones, entre muchos otros.
La ceremonia también promete momentos especiales como el reencuentro de elencos icónicos de Gilmore Girls (Alexis Bledel y Lauren Graham), Law & Order: SVU (Mariska Hargitay y Christopher Meloni), y Grey’s Anatomy (Eric Dane y Jesse Williams).
